If your upgrade is already on the SD card, you should have all of
it. Go to your file directory on the SD card to the "none"
folder. At the "List of files" prompt, see if it says product
key. If not, you need to download it. If it has one, go to the
Utilities menu. Press A. At the "run program from which drive"
prompt, go to the SD card. Press Enter. At the "program name"
prompt, go down to the product key, and press Enter. Press Enter
at the "command line" prompt. You'll be asked if you want to
download it, and press Enter. You will be returned to the
Utilities Menu. Press reset with dots 4,6. You will hear a few
beeps. Press dots 1,2 with no reset. You'll hear more beeps.
Press dots 4,5 with the reset. It will upgrade. At the end, it
will reset itself. Follow the prompts after that. Are you
running 6.2 right now?

A few weeks ago I received my 7.0 upgrade on a sd card with
instructions for upgrading my unit. I have a braillenote mpower,
the
bt model. I'm a bit confused by the procedures. First of all,
do I
have to download the product key. Secondly, do I have to
download
the bootloader?
Any help would be greatly appreciated?
