Well, grin, that is what worked for me, although others have mentioned being able to use the Microsoft drivers. And, perhaps I just gave up on them too soon, seeing as I had the Belkin adapter. But, what happens if you do an insert f11 to get to the system tray, arrow down to bluetooth devices, tab twice to the left double click and press the spacebar, and then control tab to the com port page. Vickie, The windows driver seems to be working fine for me. I need to tell the jaws driver to what comm. Port the pk is on. Does this sound right? Or Do you think that I need to install the widcomm drivers?
