Isaih, I know how hard the waiting can be. When I got my original
BrailleNote back in 2000, I ordered it on August 1, and finally received it
on October 12. The product had just come out, and they were frantically
building them and filling orders for them, but they got backed up, just like
they apparently are now with the mPower. I hope you don't have to wait two
and a half months for your unit like I did, but from what I know about
HumanWare, the delay isn't because of negligence or lack of concern on their
part. Try to hang in there and be patient (yeah, I know, easier said than
done), and you'll receive your unit. And when you do, we expect to hear all
about it and the first things you try on it and what you think. <smile>

Hi Ronda! I've spoken with customer service several times now, and all
they can tell me is that the units are still on back order, and that as
soon as they get a new shipment in, mine will be on the way to me. The
problem is that I've been hearing that since March 31, and at this point,
I just want what I've paid for. Surely you can understand my frustration.
