Ottawa Canada Here in Canada we have Visu Text, a web-based electronic text service of the CNIB Library For The Blind.
I believe it has quite a number of newspapers as well as books, but I'm not sure if the newspapers say include the stock and bond prices as this information may not convert well into electronic form. Web Braille was only available to U.S. blind people who were registered NLS users, and Visu Text is only available to Canadian blind people who are users of the CNIB Library For The Blind. There seems a definite trend toward making newer library products restricted to just the home country's blind people. We can order hardcopy Braille and talking books either on DAISY format CD or until the end of March 2007 on four track cassette from CNIB as well. Hope this answers your question.
