Hi Rhonda, no I am actually running a BrailleNote mPower QT. The thing is 
using Read and Escape used to work. I just noticed the problem a couple of 
days ago when I went to check the battery status. I'm not sure why it's 
started doing this. I tried going in to the options by hitting function with 
O, Read with I and P which did give me my percentage. I just wonder why the 
Read with Escape isn't working now. I'm concerned that the battery gauge is 
inaccurate although I'd suppose if the percentage in the battery support 
mode is working it must be somewhat accurate.
