sherry, you do hook up to the internet. You don't need a pc.
You just need an Sd card. Then, from the Sd card that you
downloaded from the BN, you download it to the mPower.

Of course, grin, I'm not Rhonda. But, to answer your questions,
you do need
to have the SD card for the mPower to perform any of the
upgrades, an SD
card at least 64MB and no larger than 512MB. And, second, if
memory serves,
the instructions in Jonathan's message of earlier today say in
effect that
one should only download and install the patch if they are
experiencing
problems with any of the issues mentioned in those being fixed.
