I thought it was the fact that these cards would no longer be manufactured. If I am right, Humanware can't support them. I believe Ambicom won't be making these particular cards any more, if what I read was correct.

I can't clarify the network card situation for you, but I wanted
to put in my two cents worth.
When HW makes it possible to support other network cards, I
strongly urge them to continue support in their software for the
Sandisk and Ambicom cards that currently work.
Seems like when new software comes out, things that have
previously worked in earlier versions no longer work.  Printers
and cell phones are two examples.
So HW, please do not stop supporting the Ambicom and Sandisk
cards which usually work now.
