Hi KC, when we announced the features of KeySoft 7.2, all the detail Sarah
gave was included in a message sent to this list and also put on the web
site. Also, the new features will be explained in text in great detail in
a What's New section of the User Guide in 7.2 itself. So we are certainly
very mindful of the needs of our Deaf Blind customers. however, we will
continue to produce audio material for those who can use it, but not in
any way that excludes those who can't.

RE: [Braillenote] Confusion about 7.2

Dear Sarah,

My sincere thanks for taking the time to explain KS7.2. I will
be sure to share your message with friends who are deaf-blind
and Bn users.

One thing came up on a List for folks who are deaf-blind.
There is justifiable discontent regarding the fact that the
mesage you mention and Tutorial for Bn's is limited to voice
only!
A new M-Power user got the Tutorial Cd in his package this
week, with no warning it was voice only.

IN any case, it is folks like you who give me the
encouragement necessary to stick with this device and software
upgrdes, even though, at times, I have a bunch of features I
will never use!
Gratefully,
Kc
