Hello,
I am not sure if you guys don't know how to change the subject
line, or if you are just not wanting to, but the subject line is
not matching the body of this e-mail.
It would sure make it easier to know if I should just delete this
e-mail or read it, if you would change the subject line to say
something like user guide and tutorial.
This would help me, and I know others in deciding whether or not
to open it or just delete it.
Thank you.
Robert

It appears that folks are perhaps talking about different things.
I
think that KC is speaking of a tutorial, and jonathan is talking
about
the users guide. I agree with KC here. Because this is a
product built
from the ground up for people with disabilities, and is very
expensive
to boot, that everything associated with it, i. e.
documentation,
training materials, etc. should be made available in formats
that are
accessible to the deaf-blind.

Hi Jonathan,
Your comment is interesting. Two deaf-blind consumers recently
got the
M-Power with the audio Cd-Rom. One called Humanware and was
not told
about any alternative format.
(Frankly, it appears your gander is up, and I'm sorry to
hearit! By
that I mean I am puzzled as to why you made the comment
implying I
suggested discontinuing audio materials.
All we are asking is for equal access to information, which,
in this
case, means information in alternative formats.) Shalom
