Hi, the company that Humanware uses to deliver their products here tried to
deliver the wrong thing to my house the other day. My mum was home and the
guy came up to the door to check that someone was home before he brought the
package up, he said because it was so heavy. I was expecting a case for my
Braille note, so mum was a bit concerned that he thought this was heavy, so
she went back to the truck with him and the package he tried to remove was
the size of a guitar . Mum explained that we were expecting a case for a
laptop like thing so he rechecked his list and realised his mistake and
found my package. So now my Braille note has a bran new case and it looks
good.

Hello Mona and List,

Unlike FedEx, UPS has been an ongoing problem for me. They
never knock or ring the bell, which means I need to check
3-times a day, if I'm expecting anything! Like you, Mona, they
have left things outside and neighbors had to tell me where it
was fouond.

Not mluch we can do except use FedEx, if we can afford it!
