Hi Leslie, the pk doesn't work at all unless it is plugged in.
It is charged fully at 100 percent when plugged in but once it is
unplugged it doesn't work anymore.

I have PK for 1 years and 10 months. Battery is still good
condition. My
understanding if I turn Bluetooth on, WiFi on, and maybe other
using. The
power drains more.
Your friend may test it after hold down C1 and C4 to torn PK
power off and
press down again and it turns on. Recharge it to full. Then Test
and see how
long it runs. It should be life up to 40 hours (almost 2 days).
