Hi, Rusty. Well, I can't speak for you or anyone else, but my personal
integrity as a human being will not allow me to tell people things that go
against my beliefs. I've always gotten into deep trouble because of this,
even when I served as a contracted tech support person for Humanware, but
I
can't do it. My belief in my God, my strong faith in His Word, and all
the
things that He is doing and He has done in my life prevents me from being
that way. I've known about issues in the Braillenote which have and will
never be addressed for a long time, and I've mentioned it to customers
while
serving as tech support. The people on high got mad at me for doing this,
as it did not look good to Humanware, but that's just too bad. I'm
working
for nobody now, and I'm kind of glad of that at this point. Also, let me
hasten to add that both Sarai and Sam are fabulous people and great tech
support. As for the higher-ups, I can't and will not comment. Please
note
that this message is my personal view and should not offend anyone on this
list. My opinions have forever been controversial, and I guess they will
always remain so. Take care, you all, and thanks for reading. If it
offends you, please know that the intent is not there. All the best from
Abby and me,
