Hi Rhonda. Yes, my product key file had a .exe extension and it did
show the serial number. If I rename the file, what should I rename it
to and should I keep the extension as .exe? Thanks.

Leslie, does your product key have a dot exe extension? Did it
show your serial number, or did it let you get that far? If it is
in your Sd folder, try renaming it, and see if you can do it that
way. Here's hoping.
Kind Regards,
