Hi Richard and all,
Another tip: If the charging stops midpoint (say 38%(, go to
Support Information Mode as Richard suggested. THEN press t to
see battery temperature. It might have exceeded charging
temperature. If it is above 45dg Celcius, disconnect the power
cord, then reconnect it again.
Cheers,
Joseph

hi,
if your bn is stuck on 37 per cent while charging, press space
with o, then space with i to get to the support information mode.
now press s, and your bn will probably say trickle charging.
pull the charging adaptor out from the power socket then put it
back in again. after a minute or so, press s and your bn will
probably say fast charging, which is what you want.
if you havn't recalibrated the battery for a while i would do
this at the earliest oppootunity.
hope i havn't woffled too much.
cheers, rs.

Subject: [Braillenote] battery question
Hello everyone,
I have been charging my battery for the past five hours, and
the percentage is at 37. I have had this unit for almost two
years, so I know that the battery needs to be replaced.
A state agency bought this unit for me. How do I go about
replacing the battery? How much does it cost? Will I have to pay
for it, or will the state agency do that?
Thanks for any help
Janel
