Do you mean that they charged you for an upgrade or for an SMA.  I can
live with being charged for an SMA, because in a sense you are
purchasing the right to receive upgrades at a reduced price.  But you
shouldn't be charged for a product that will not be shipped for who
knows how long!

One thing I liked about Sendero, they did not charge the card till the 
product was shipped.  HumanWare charged me for the next upgrade which is

not out yet way back in January.  Not a fair practice indeed!
