Glad I'm not alone. Well, no I'm not glad for you. (grin) I just hate the thought of having to send it in for servicing on something that happened to it when I sent it in before. And it wasn't even a battery issue that caused me to send it in the first time! It was a sticking space key. I thought my battery worked fine! Can you use Bluetooth? That doesn't work for me either. I never even thought to check the modem when I got it back last October. I wonder when Humanware became aware of this issue, and why they didn't put out a press release or something about the problem.
