You have to switch to 8-dot computer Braille in both Braille and Keyboard settings. The accented N (ñ) is actually dots 1-2-4-5-6-8, but you cannot use dots 7 & 8 in 6-dot computer Braille. (Backspace is dot 7, enter is dot 8. To use a command with these dots, such as a new line or adjusting speech, press space with the desired dot. A new line is not just enter, it is space-enter. I use only Spanish computer Braille (in 8-dot) so if you ever oun into trouble let me know and I'll se what I can do to help. HTH.

Have a great day,
Alex

Subject: [Braillenote] Spanish Accents

Hello, List,
I am using Spanish computer braille with the Spanish language,
but I have a problem with accents. I can't enter them correctly.
For instance, an accented n is displayed in braille as dots
1-2-4-5-6, but when I enter it, it says 7. How do I resolve this
problem, and will there be grade 1 and 2 support for Spanish and
Italian?
David
