Hi Terri and all, Don't have a clue how to do this on the BN because I don't have one yet, but I can help with the accent piece.
For correct Spanish accents you need the acute accented letters, plus the tilde, and the upside-down question and exclamation marks. The grave accents are used in French and Italian, but not Spanish. There will also be a few rare occasions when you will need a U with a diaeresis, but that doesn't come up too terribly often.
