Hello all, I'm new to the list, and my bn is being inconsistent.
Hopefully I can explain this so that it's understandable. A few
days ago it got so that I couldn't get on to the Internet at all.
I called Tech support, and we fixed that issue--at least mostly.
But there are times when I try to connect to say Google, for
instance, and what comes up is Cannot find server. So usually
I'll try another site, and I'll get the same response. This
happens whether I'm at home or somewhere else.
The other thing that happens is that occasionally I can't
download email. I'll get some error code that says, can't
connect to pop server, or something to that affect. It's not
consistent, because maybe an hour later I'll be able to download
email with no problem at all.
The third thing that is very strange is when I have downloaded a
book from Bookshare and am ready to unpack the book, I'll get
error 202. Why is it doing this? The other day I could unpack
books on the flash disk, but yesterday I couldn't even do that,
so my husband had to put my SD card on his laptop and unpack the
book. Does anybody have any explanations of this? Thanks.
