Thank you Don. I'm connecting using wireless. I have done all
those things, and eventually it seems to work, but I have this
huge fear that someday it won't, and then I'll be up a creek
without a paddle, as the proverbial saying joes. One other
question you might be able to help me with, is my Bookshare
issue. When I emailed Bookshare about it, they said it was a
Humanware problem, but the person I spoke to with Tech support
says it's a Bookshare problem. I get this error code 202 when I
try to unpack books from Bookshare. But again, it's
inconsistent--sometimes I can unpack books just fine, and
sometimes I can't. Very odd. Thank you. Debby
