Hi Debbie and All: We sometimes experience wireless connection problems as well on both my wife's Voice Note Mpower with QT keyboard and running Keysoft 7.2, and my Braillenote Mpower with BT keyboard running Keysoft 7.2. What works for us is to unplug our wireless router for about 30 seconds, then plug it back in. This re-sets the router and everything works. Debbie, this will help you at home, but I'm not sure why you can't connect reliably in other places.
