Hello Debby, My guess is your wireless card is starting to go bad. I'm on my third card in two years, and it is now beginning to act up. The two previous cards demonstrated the same characteristics before finally going out completely. I know, it's a little spendy to have to keep replacing these cards. With any luck at all it's something simple, and you won't have to replace your wireless card. David

What works for us is to unplug our wireless router for about 30 seconds, then plug it back in. This re-sets the router and everything works.
