Dear Vicky and list:

The way Humanware used to handle service agreements was if your
unit was not presently under an agreement, they required you to
send it to them for inspection to decide if it was in good enough
condition to be placed under an agreement.

>From comments on this list, it sounds like either they've changed
their policy on this or each person at Humanware is allowed to
give their personal opinion on the matter.
