Rose,
My son bought a used transplanted unit a few months ago. In a recent phone call to Humanware, I was told he could not buy a service agreement because the braille display was 3 years old. There was no mention of a problem with the "transplant" itself, just the fact that any unit with a braille display 3 years or older can not be issued a service agreement. Does that sound right, folks?

I was told by HumanWare this morning that I am unable to buy a service
agreement on my Braille note, why? Because it is a transplant! I don't
think I have heard this one before, but maybe I just missed it.
