Another thing that occurred to me with this new policy is the problems this might cause for those of us who are GPS users. Would the brand new units have a different serial number than the perfectly good units we'd be sending in? If so, we'd have to purchase a new GPS program, so that we could continue to use GPS. And what about our dictionaries? Would we have to re-purchase them? Or would Sendero and Humanware do something to allow us to get the GPS and dictionary at no charge, since we already had them?
