Yes, but haven't Gw micro said that they would put csv support
for the database manager, the schedule manager, and more?
Don't they tell us of what's happening with their products?
Yes, they do. Their communication with their customers is so
much better than Humanware.

The GW Micro Sense Notetakers are, in many ways, better than the
bn; more storage, more ram, more features... On the other hand,
many say that the bn is more intuative to use, plus it has
features that the sense notetakers do not have, such as
fractions, csv file support, UEB support...
Have a great day,
Alex

So what's this dream PDA that's putting BN to shame? Of course,
competition is a great catelyst!

Hello Antonio:
I'm not sure what you are using. Your question about replying
to the
list, if you are using a BT, when you press dots 26-chord, you
should
get "reply to the sender only?" You would press N. Then you get,
"send
original message?" You can either press Y or N. Your reply will
go to
the list.
I believe Humanware has three people working in Tech support.
They can
be reached at 800-722-3393. I believe option five gets you to
tech
support.
If you want to return it, make sure you can. I'm not sure what
the
policy is on that one.

;;> And the question is why did I get one.
I can still return it, only having it for 3 days, but with
glitches in
simple word processing, and a very unfriendly file system, I
wonder
why.
Anyone please tell me how responsive is the braille note
development
team to
known usability problems and bugs, and support for new file
formats.
How do I even contact the company for feedback?
My girlfriend mentioned to me how long it took for Humanware to
support word
2003, and my research, not personal experience, tells me that
customer
support and tech support is wanting at best.
Two months for a BN to get in and out of the shop is
unacceptable.
Heck, even this list is cumbersome to use, since responding to a
message
sends my reply to the original post, and not to the list.
Very indicative of the product in question.

The short answer is "yes"!
The longer answer is "definitely yes"!

arAll. Is the bn falling behind? According to Ramona Mandy, the
bn
ardoesn't even have a bloody dms key. As I pointed out to her,
all
arscientific calculators these days have a dms key, and it is
arpathetic that the bn doesn't. I mean please, it doesn't have a
ardms, it can't edit wikis, it can't even create a hyperlink
unless
aryou know the necessary html code. That is pathetic. Cheers,
arBlake.
