Hello Antonio:
  I'm not sure what you are using. Your question about replying to the
list, if you are using a BT, when you press dots 26-chord, you should
get "reply to the sender only?" You would press N. Then you get, "send
original message?" You can either press Y or N. Your reply will go to
the list.
  I believe Humanware has three people working in Tech support. They can
be reached at 800-722-3393. I believe option five gets you to tech
support.
  If you want to return it, make sure you can. I'm not sure what the
policy is on that one.
