Think of it as the desktop Windows clipboard; once you've copied or cut something, it remains there till you copy or cut something else.

Unless you've backed it up to another location then there's
absolutely
no chance of retrieving the file. I don't know if this is a
limitation
of either KeySoft or Windows CE, but it's certainly not good and
I wish
it had some kind of Recycle Bin. Sorry for the bad news.
