Hello Lucy:
If the document is on a card there is a chance to
retrieve it by way of software that can be
downloaded from the internet - I've done this myself
when I accidentally erased about 20 documents.
If it is on your internal flash memory I would check
the size of the file. If it is more than a tiny
size there may be most or all of your document
intact. Move it to a card and work on it on a PC
if one is available.
