Hi,
Long time no see... I think I remember you from another list - welcome to
this list and the Apex.
In terms of battery life, there are few factors:
* Apex is a lot faster than Classic. The faster a component means that it
draws more power.
* Unlike Classic, Apex has built-in Bluetooth and WiFi. Turning these off
when not using helps increase battery life, according to few users here.
That's all I can think of at the moment.
Cheers,
Joseph

Subject: [Braillenote] Battery life of the Apex

I have just become the proud and happy owner of a BT Apex. I have a
question. I charged the battery completely, but it seems to run down awfully
quickly. Is it because the batteries are replaceable? Is there anything I
should be doing that I am not doing?

I am new on this list, having been a member a long time ago when I owned my
Braillenote classic BT. I just love the Apex. thanks so much for your help.
