I mean, I just don't get it. Humanware just put out an excellent product to help people interact with mainstream devices, and now, just because the company has not gotten around to setting up the download specification in a certain format, people are feeling cornered and complain of getting a cold shoulder? I'm sure that if half the energy that went into writing the backlash messages had gone into communicating with the company, the problem would have been fixed by now. You're welcome, by the way, for taking the time for at least trying to provide the update in a format some of you guys can download. Complain all you want about unresponsive company representatives, but to me this all smells like a lot of lack of appreciation and too much exaggeration.
