This list is not at all like it was when Dean Jackson and Jonathon Mosen were on the list. One or the other was always there to give a helping hand. Dean was such an inteligent man. It was such a shock when he died, because I also have epelepsi. Jonathon got to be a friend at conventions. His move was also a shock, but I come in contact with him on another list. If either of our old supporters were here, I bet Peggy's problem would be solved. Back then, you could tell, they cared. My big reason for not changing companies is my epelepsi. It is hard enough to master one device with out having to learn a new command structure and money plays a big part, too. Right now, I can not afford a trade in. Good luck Peggy and others. I hope Human Ware listens.

And I have been working with Support on resolving this. But I brought it to the list because the support person told me that if enough people were having the problem, maybe they could change their minds about not having a .zip file. I figured the only way to find out was to ask. <smile> As far as talking about "getting the cold shoulder", I believe I said I was trying not to assume it was lack of concern on Humanware's part, but that they were just busy trying to figure out a solution. I think what makes me feel a lack of concern is that the Humanware people used to be extremely active on the list, just like people on other support lists; but over the past few years, their participation has gotten less and less, even when people are frustrated. I just miss the days when they'd interact with us.
