Before sending back to Humanware, or asking for another charger, be sure to push the charger fully into the socket and you should get notification from the BN that it's charging.

Hope this helps.

Some people have found the charger a bit fiddley at first.  <Smiles>

If it is an mPower, try charging your unit for over four
hours, then try recalibrating it.

I just got my BrailleNote back from servicing yesterday. Left the adapter in because, as per usual, it wpn't
charged upon return.  But it's giving warnings about
battery information being unavailable, and when I unplug
the Ghn it goes totally flat immediately.  I'm going to
call Humanware, but is there any way to fix this?
