Hi: Thanks Alex. Sorry about that. One time it crashed as I was reading a file in keyword. It crashed many times as I tried to restore my files planner and address book. It crashed as I was in file manager looking at my sd card. It works for several seconds then it crashes. Sometimes the speech crashes first then the display follow suit.
Tech support had me do hardware reset which is pressing the reset button, I do that all the time when it crashes. They also had me press 456 and reset. What's a clean reset?
