It is APEX, in all capitals, followed by six numbers. These are
usually the last six numbers of your serial number, but they don't
have to be, at least I don't think so. As long as iOS sees a device
named APEX123456 (where the six numbers are anything), it should be
happy. Technically, though, the default is the last six digits of the
apex's serial number. Note that there is no punctuation, space, or
anything else in the name.
