Hi, to answer your questions, I schedule anywhere from five to fifteen appointments a week. I also use it as an alarm in the mornings. I keep all of my appointments, and I don't know how long I would keep previous because I have had it over a year but at one point I lost everything. I think that like the rest of the group you should have something where it can keep track of consecutive appointments.
