Paul, I completely understand. Let me just add one thing to what I've 
already said on this. And that is that the churn goes both ways. People 
have taken us up on our offer to trade up on competitor's products because 
they ahve found that the hype differs from the reality. But certainly we 
don't want to see any of our own customers switch either.
