Hi, Andy. Unfortunately, there is no real way to know exactly how much use I get out of my unit. I wouldn't think it was 20 hours since I might only use it two hours per day or less. That would be only 14 days assuming I used it seven days. Usially, I don't use it for two hours a day, may be half an hour one day and an hour the next. If I charge it up fully and then start it talking, I get less than eleven hours until It goes flat again. Of course, that's constant talking for about ten and a half hours or so. I charge it around once per week, but if I had to guess how much I use it, I would say ten hours turning it off and on.
