Hi Josh, I found bnipconfig.exe on the CD that I received with my Compact Flash version of Keysoft 5.0. It's the only item under "network". I think it was also on the CD that came with my BN, and apparently you can also request it from PDI. Its use is described in Appendix D of the Keysoft 5.0 User's Guide. I didn't really think it would solve my cable modem problem, but I thought anything was worth a try!
