Paul, Although this list is for discussing Braillenote, the answer to your question regarding the difference in price for JFW to work with XP Home and XP Pro is to do with security issues. This very question was raised on the JFW list last week. Due to the complexities of XP Pro used within companies many have security issues which often cannot be resolved by the particular company's systems administrators or tech support people because they do not understand Jaws and so this necessitates a call out to someone from the suppliers of Jaws who then work with the company's systems administrators or tech support people and this results in a cost to the vendor supplying Jaws which in turn amounts to the extra cost between the two versions.
