Jonathan, I schedule between 10 and 20 appointments per week. Currently I
don't erase them, but that's mostly out of laziness. I don't plan to keep
my appointments from year to year, but wouldn't want to loose that freedom
just in case I might need to in the future. As for things I'd like to see,
I'd like to be able to be in the planner itself and use the find feature to
look for a specific date like December 12, 2003 rather than having to go
back to the schedule appointments feature.
It's late and I'm a bit tired, so I hope that made some sort of sense.
Thanks for your interest in our opinions.

Subject: [Braillenote] KeyPlan

Hi all.

I'm back once again to do more market research so we can make sure that
what we do in the future meets your requirements.

This time I'd be grateful for your thoughts on KeyPlan, our planner
application in KeySoft.

Here are some things on which I'd like to get your feedback.

1. On average, how many appointments would you have in your Planner each
week?

2. When an appointment has past, do you go back and delete it, or do you
retain the appointment as a form of record keeping?

3. Do you keep planners from previous years?

4. Please feel free to add any comments about what you'd like to see in the
Planner in future.

And finally, if you think you have an exceptionally busy planner, and don't
mind sharing it with us in the strictest confidence, please feel free to
forward your planner file to Dean Jackson at [EMAIL PROTECTED] The more
appointments you have, the better. If you have multiple appointments every
day for most days of the year, this is the kind of Planner we'd love to
see.
