Before I received my 6.11, I used the 5.1 version of Keysoft and read these with no problems, no data loss or any other problem. The files are stored on my Compaq flash card. Now, since I've upgraded to Keysoft 6.11, I have lost two chapters in my book for no apparent reason. In both instances, I was reading a chapter about Cisco routers, I reached my stop on the bus and I pressed e with the space bar to exit as I've always done. When I arrived at school and tried to pick up where I left off, the file was blank!! This has happened to me twice, and I don't understand why. As I've said, I've never had this problem at all with my BrailleNote BT, nothing has changed with my files, or the Compaq flash card. If anyone from Humanware can make any suggestions as to how I can prevent this problem, or if anyone else has experienced it, I would greatly appreciate your comments and suggestions.
