The card reader fits into the slot on the side of your Braillenote (I don't 
know about the PK) and enables you to use a compact flash card with the 
Braillenote.  You can buy them at a regular electronics store.  It took me 
awhile to find the card or the reader, I forget which one, but bottom line--you 
don't have to order one from Humanware.  Sorry, I don't have a wireless card 
yet so I can't answer the second part to your question.
