Hello, Jerry,
Many thanks for telling us a possible way out of this situation. However, don't you think that we all would like to know in detail instead of you telling only one person in private?

Hoping you will tell us all

Dick Myers

Sarah,
If you are going to save all of your e-mail as text, then you can do this quickly and painlessly with a method put forth to the list By Roselle a while back. In a nutshell, you mark all of the e-mail that you want to save, and then print or emboss the e-mail to a bile. You can do hundreds of e-mail via this method in a couple of minutes.

I am happy to send you, off list, Roselle's post. This post discribes the one time setup, and then the print procedure.

I will tell you that this will keep you sain while you convert all of your e-mail to text.

Sincerely,
Jerry Weinger

>Thanks.
