hi, i've had some problems with that too before but i
think the main reason for that is the YEAST. you can
use try using INSTANT YEAST.. so you dont have to wait
for long rising time. also pls check about the flour
that you are using.. i once tried a special premix
flour which either has much butter or some ingredients
on it that stops the rising of the flour.. that's all
i can suggest from now.. but you know what the bottom
line for me.. after having many unsuccessful time of
making bread to rise i decided to stop trying ang just
buy bread from the supermarket... but somehow it's
different i know if we make our own breads isnt it?...
