Well, I just received my new Brewtus and I am amazed.

I have no idea why I have read complaints about the finish of this
TANK. Even my picky wife thinks it looks great.

The PID is set to 203, however, there are no instructions to tune it.
The Alex Duetto has the the same PID, therefore, now I know how to do
it.

Now my question is, considering the the Duetto manual refers to an
OFFSET temperature (drop in temperature from the boiler to the group
head), therefore, instead of tuning the PID to 203 or 204, it shows
214 F (101 C).

I wonder if the Brewtus factory setting took this in consideration. I
have never ever seen any video or picture of any Brewtus running at
this temperature.

On the other hand, it seems that my new Pasquini K2 fell short........
incredibly at 7 is the zero point ( burrs touching). Then I tried 8,
tamped hard, and the best time was 25 seconds for 2 ounces shot which
looked great and tasted even better :). however, there is no way to
get a ristretto...........with this grinder.....
