Well, after 4 1/2 years, we finally have a problem with our beloved B 1. This AM when the machine turned on, the LED did not light. The machine heated up and the there is no appreciable change in the espresso.
I don't recall whether this is a known problem with a clear solution. If there is a solution other than the obvious one of replacing the part, I would be grateful for the information. If this is a part only available through WLL, then I will contact Todd to arrange for a part to be shipped, but if this is a part that can be sourced elsewhere, I would appreciate that info, as well.
