You mentioned something about the difficulty in replacing the
temperature probe or the wire--I am not sure which or whether they are
two different units, the probe and/or temperature probe.   The wires
that attach to the controller don't have very much slack.  The
fittings seem to be the kind that slip in easily one way and are
released by a inserting a nail or small screwdriver to release it--is
that correct?

Also, does anyone have a source for the tubing used in the machine.
There is a short plastic tube that runs between the boilers and, of
course, the tubes that are the overflow tube from the OPV, the intake
tube, and a third one.    Is this a food grade type of tubing?  Does
it have a particular name?  Is this type of tubing available at a
business like refrigeration supply?  The machine only uses a couple of
feet of it, so I thought I might replace it while I am in there.
