Of course it can be fixed, the question is simply "what" to fix. You need to tell us how long your machine takes to come up to "ready" when you cold start it, do you hear any new constant hissing noise these days, what the pressure is when you start your steaming, how big the pitcher of milk is, when the orange light by the lever lights (and stays on?) and then how long until, and what the dial shows, when you feel it is much weaker. Then we might give you a little more useful feedback than "hmmm ... might be the heater coil or the temperature probe or maybe the controller."
