Sounds like I have almost the same setup as Miroslav... Brewtus III-V
+ Vario and RO water.  Don't know the exact ppm, but I'm starting to
think my espresso could benefit from further analysis.  When I bought
my Brewtus over the holidays, they just told me to put in "about 1/4
cup of tap water" with my RO water when I refill the tank.  I
generally put way more than that... for every 16 oz or so I add about
1/4 cup tap.  But I doubt it's enough because I've been having issues
with thin espresso.  I often use the same espresso from the coffee
shop where I work, and the results are quite different... mine is
thinner, not as flavorful, and without the nice tiger striping I get
at work.  I've started to pull 19-20 gram doubles, which seems to help
at home, but now I'm wondering if it just may be my water.

Would love to hear other perspectives on this.
